We want you to be fully satisfied with your Territory Run Co. gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to ensure you get back on the trails with the right equipment.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.

Package Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
